A dump of me being 29

I’ve loved and I’ve lost. Lost so much I almost lost myself. And then I saw her, a glimpse of the past and a sliver of the future. I saw her struggles, I saw her persevere, I saw her break apart. I saw her give up, and I saw her survive. I saw her learn to live again. I saw her wanting to live again.
I saw me.

This trip was everything I needed and more.
After turning 30 a couple months ago, I knew I had to do something to tap into my youthful energy again - and this trip was the perfect antidote.
As adults, we often overlook our inner child, but it's precisely that part of us that holds the key to our greatest creativity. Let's not forget to nourish that spark within us, for it's through creating that we are of God.

We transition and we pivot. Observe your transformation, it’s not happening to you it’s happening with you.

It’s not about “them” it’s about YOU
