2025 was growing pains… however grateful for all the highs and lows. It was a lot of reflecting on my 20s but pondering the next 10. A lot of death and rebirth … literally and figuratively. Honestly making this post reminded me that I have a lot to be proud of this year despite the many challenges. AND even more people to be grateful for, love held me down this year.

Went to Colombia 🇨🇴 for a Commercial.
Got in my Mentor and Teacher bag.
Discovered the best brunch I’ve ever had and honest to God thought about it everyday of 2025… @mahasbrunch
✨TURNED 30, and celebrated many friendships that have surpassed a Over a decade ✨
Babies everywhere 🥹
Booked my first ACTRA feature as a supporting lead working with actors I used to have posters of on my wall as a kid .
And honestly so much more I could never fit into an instagram post. Thank you.

This trip was everything I needed and more.
After turning 30 a couple months ago, I knew I had to do something to tap into my youthful energy again - and this trip was the perfect antidote.
As adults, we often overlook our inner child, but it's precisely that part of us that holds the key to our greatest creativity. Let's not forget to nourish that spark within us, for it's through creating that we are of God.

The last 4 months have been the best days of my life.

I was supposed to post this in January, but traveling, working remotely, and creating content is way more work than it looks.

Back in Canada for two summer weddings, and for the first time in a long time, I feel free instead of anxious about what’s next.

If you’re new here, this reel sums up my once-in-a-lifetime decision to take a dream trip.

And one thing I know for sure, when I’m 80, I’ll have no regrets. And that’s worth more than anything I’ve ever sacrificed.

Most of you followed my trip in my stories, but over the next few months, I’m going to be sharing some of my best insights from this journey.

13 going on 30.

Literally took me two weeks to process all the love.

I’m so thankful for the amazing connections and community I’ve cultivated over the past decades. To have people in my life from my childhood until now that I call family. Working in radio for years and meeting some of the best life friends I’ve ever had, to moving into my dream career and finding so many people that make me feel so seen and understood. I’m proud to be myself and that wasn’t always easy to say and even more grateful to have such beautiful people in my life that love me for it.

AAND OMG only my people would really come through for my grown-ass having a wicked-themed karaoke birthday party… Literally made all my dreams come true🥹 okay bye I’m crying now. Y’all are so funny these videos are the memories I’ll never forget.
