I reached for the moon, without settling for stars. Only to find out, where I'm at is blessedly enough. The last six months (really much longer) have been pure big wave life energy, sometimes making the drop and other times buried 6 feet deep in aqua-holic salty bliss. Even when life waves pummel us, it's the type of gasping learning experience that feels like, part of the reason we signed up for this journey in the first place . I have been humbled and exalted, alived and deaded energetically, and seamingly repeatedly. Sometimes, It is only at the bottom of this perverbial ocean that we can imagine how sweet our next gasp of life air will be. Well, I feel as though, I'm ready now to be filled with that life spirit and surrender to the next breath of the most high. Life is indeed, and can be so very sweet. And in any case, I am fascinated by our capacity to heal...How We Heal. Big love and hugs to all that are on this journey with me, and I guess really that is all of us, every single living being in this cosmos, we are traveling together, wether we feel it or not. Looking forward, it is an honor to journey with all of you divine souls. ✨ taken in A Quiet Little Beach in Malibu by @nelsonmarquezlife

Celebrating the life of the mighty James Gadson today. He has been birthed into another realm, and though I never met him. I know people that have, and I look forward to their stories. My story is with his music, when I heard these drums for the first time in a club, playing on the Bill Withers cut, it changed me. I heard music differently from that day forward, I knew the potential power that recorded music could yield. Thank you James Gadson for your contribution to the music!! Dopamine boost #480 , most of my time these days goes into working on my perspective. Once that is centered, grounded and feeling right. Things seem to be added unto me in a manner that is more conducive to generating and receiving joy. And I can move on to the next step. And even though I know that stillness is the move. A ride down #bicknell hill still brings me butterflies. Blessings beyond measure divine souls. I heard #gorgiaannemuldrow say Devotion is the only way to mercy last night with #suryabotofasina and #carlosnino and #andresrenteria , today this was my offering ... one love , and peace ☝🏽💜🌿 taken in Seratonin by @nelsonmarquezlife
