a mid sommer dream ~ the invitation to commune with apricot ~ my heart found a new love and appreciation for this golden apple this season ~ i often stayed away from it for i only came across dry & spongy kinds in the past ~ leaving me disheartened by this magical fruit ~ however this year ~~~~~ it revealed its gifts to me ~ firm sweet supple ~ juicy ~ the first farm that where i rediscovered joy in one bite was from @peaches.la aka tenerelli farms ~ their summer harvest was early, short & sweet ~ thennnn the invitation to meet a special tree on a small private farm three hours north of the LA basin ~ tended in collaboration with their bees on the land ~ this one tree ~ downloaded such sweet wisdom through its low hanging fruit ~ communion with this fruit told me the importance of honoring the slow pace ~ each step takes the time that it takes ~ communing ~ a gentle potent reminder & medicine of how it returns us to our own nature within ~ memories created ~ creating with apricot ~ naturally decadent, beautiful, rich, joyous, delicate it is ~ and so are we ~ i was curious, so i looked up what others had to say about this magical fruit and much of what i felt through the direct transmission of this summer delight was reflected back to me dating back to ancient grecian times & pagan practices ~ it’s funny how summertime encourages to be out extroverted with the sun ~ yet the celestial bodies above & all around were pinging extra duty codes of deeeeep internal transform transform transform exclamation ~ contrast & contradiction is the real feel as we have passed through the lune of cancer, cosmic baskets, retro-whaaaaa, and then sum ~ hello leo leoness sol ~ the denseness of a la summer rises ~ cusp of the eclipse season ~ facing towards the lionheart gateways and new portals to step through ~ fire season has started early in the pnw ~ prayers up for the lands & humans that they will contain & prevail ~ prayers up for each individual heart that is feeling the discomfort of transformation ~ body mind soul ~ we are all feeling the burn somehow ~ whether we in it or holding the line ~ facing vulnerability ~ letting it shine ~ loving unconditionally ~ Amene ~ Ashe ~

Happy New Year Everyone! ✨💖✨ Reflecting on this past year and the moments of joy the last half of the year in these photos spending time with people I love. 2025 was full of extremes - highs and lows - and moments that required extra effort to move through - physically, mentally and spiritually. Keeping those things closer to the vest as I delve back into writing in the New Year - more on that later. Focusing on the reflections for now.. 💛2025 brought me back to a place of finding my voice again, my true, deeper, creative sovereign voice and calling musically and creatively. In review, a lot moved last year, though in between I was mostly resting on my couch with my cats!!!! 😻😻 ⭐️I released 5 new sound baths through @applefitnessplus earlier this year ⭐️led my first solo retreat in Norway @meretesgarden_valldal and came back to a full time of professional opportunity ⭐️I stepped deeper into the role of professor as I took on more teaching duties @uscthorntonartl teaching the Arts Leadership Intensive and the Practicum class in addition to Arts Leadership & Entrepreneurship. Love my students and am so grateful for the opportunity to teach more. 🙏 ⭐️I took over as Children’s Choir Director @fpcsantamonica in addition to continuing as soprano soloist. Love working with the children. ⭐️had my first official movie music placement premier at Holly Shorts in @iamscottiet ‘s wonderful short film “Sienna and the Sit” ⭐️ attended the @vocologyinpractice conference ⭐️was invited to present a talk about sound healing for the USC Occupational Theraoy conference at Huntington Gardens. ⭐️grew my craniosacral therapy practice @themindry and offered a number of craniosacral sound baths in LA and Europe ⭐️facilitated many private services for clients in Malibu and the LA area, including sound baths for the offices of Sony Pictures, at Nobu Ryokan and the Peninsula Hotel ⭐️ released 3 singles this fall with performance/production help from my amazing friends @alanprice123 @micahchristian @auralponic @jessycovets @kyle.biane ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2025 was a year of growth and clearing. Thanks for sharing this space with me! Onward to 2026 and more creations to come! 🙌💖🙌
