2.12.26 🤍 4.12.26

Exactly two months from today, I’ll be walking into forever.

What started as friendship laughter, conversations, prayers, and growing together has turned into a timeless kind of love. The kind that feels steady. The kind that feels safe. The kind that feels ordained.

From friends to forever.

4.12.26 is almost here, and my heart is overwhelmed in the best way. God truly writes the most beautiful love stories.

Thank You, God, for allowing my gifts to flow so that I may raise the youth in the way they should go.

Today my students worshiped through dance to **Glory** by **Common** and **John Legend**, and they did amazing. They performed with excellence, and the elders were truly pleased during the Black History program. Here’s a clip go back and watch the full dance!

🌱First Grade Plant Day! 🌱

Our first graders are learning all about plant body parts in PhD Science, so we decided to bring our learning to life by planting and growing our very own lima bean plants! 🫘🌿 Over the next few weeks, our students will observe their plants as they grow and connect what they see to what they’ve been learning in science.

A HUGE thank you to our partnership with BREC @bwatkins87 for providing all of our materials and helping co- teach our students the planting process!

We love giving our students opportunities to learn through hands-on, project-based experiences. Sometimes the best learning happens when little hands get to dig in and DO! 🌱🪴🔎

💚 37 looks like CHOSEN, not compared.

Today, I woke up accepting the undeniable light over my life not to be cocky, but to confidently accept my inheritance of favor.🙌🏾

I’m no longer shrinking, questioning, or comparing what God has placed on my life. What’s for me is FOR ME, and I’m walking boldly in it.

Year 37… IT’S UP! 🥳🔥 Watch me work!

Dear God, I thank You.

Today started off with so much excitement! 💚🍎✨ The love was already in the air, and to top it all off, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived at my classroom door from my hubby. 🌻❤️

Year 2 of teaching First Grade is already off to an amazing start, and I’m beyond grateful. Here’s to another year of pouring into little hearts, making learning magical, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Mrs. K. Green ❤️🤍💙
Call me crazy, but I truly believe it was purposeful that I decided to work Coleman’s Summer Camp right after the school year ended. What an incredible experience it has been! From being featured on the news to speaking, riding the Amtrak, visiting the Global Wildlife Center, and exploring the @muse3farm , I experienced places I had never been before. It was just as exciting for me as it was for the kids.

I am so grateful for @carolyncolemanmetrocouncil10 and her heart for exposing children and even us as educators to the beauty, opportunities, and success within our own state. Thank you for creating experiences that will leave lasting memories.

I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to help shape these young lives. My heart is with each of you, and I pray you continue to dream big, explore more, and believe that anything is possible. And working with the best teachers made it all worth it . @missdainty_thediva @beautiful_phe19 @_lorilorain_ Director @cassiecole_ your flowers 💐 #summerschool #teach #firstgrade by @nene_on_purpose
