man… and all along slowly realizing our brain is a pretty crazy intelligent predicting organ. this leads me to practicing loving-kindess meditation more and more. especially when being surrounded in big or small crowds of other beautiful dancing souls.

2025: What a ride. Diving deep into my emotional world and unentangling deep seated knots and contractions. All along being mind-blown by the capacity of my mind to connect to different spirits.

As a result slowly dwelling longer and longer in peace & understanding that it‘s not possible to hide or run away from myself (& my own patterns). May I keep unentangling all the heavy unhealing knots.

Also a year of celebrating love and being together with marvellous people. What a gift to share these unique present moments together. What an even bigger gift to co-journey together and dance in those wonderful & magical happy moments.

Morphing the inside to the outside.

Understanding better that the deeper I go the further out I‘m getting. There‘s less hiding and more revealing. The remaining hiding is becoming at the same time more painful as awareness rises. The unfolding revelation on the other hand is becoming even more peaceful.
