Not one for long post but really need to thank you guys.

My demons: Can’t even remember when. The last time my hand was raised. Self doubt and insecurity. I just kept going built communities, team and compete once awhile casually. Using my day work as an excuse.

Time has changed. It’s all in time. With razor focus

My gratitude to my wife for dealing with it all lmao @lowenhaley she see behind the scenes of me from lowest to highest and to everyone that I have cross-paths with I told my self I’m a fresh sponge in this industry it’s time to restart. Screw the age difference just do it. Thank you all. I sincerely think it’s a team effort. Things have changed. Buts it’s not from my own self, is really to everyone.

@carpediembjj_singapore @elleefern @mehdigram22 @nickseizetheday_ for the opportunity. thank you and @raphael_cdbjj for recommending me and till today pulling support up down bringing me and lowen to the right channels and guides thank you sir bro. #sugapapi🤣🤣📬💸💸💸

Doing hard things making hard choices doesn’t mean we can’t have fun. I may not be the best at everything, but I’ll always do my best in everything. I’ll show up, give as much value as I can, learn and enjoy the process. Thank you everyone for checking up on my well being.. I’m slowly settling in. Esp my sugapapi @raphael_cdbjj been takin care of me. 😮‍💨 taken in Spottiswoode Park Residents’ Network by @neolusion1

Tokyo @sjjif , Worlds 2026 with a bunch of people I’m really grateful to share the mats with.

Everyone learned something but what I’ll remember most is the support, the laughs, the tears, the chaos, and everyone showing up for each other.

Medals fade. These moments don’t.

Very grateful for this gang @carpediembjj_singapore

Day1 nogi, No excuses, I lost to a better opponent. 5-9.. but grateful for the opportunity to learn. Lead the points but, I rushed and did not control the position long enough. Got capitalised on after that. Thanks @lowenhaley for caring for my cut n @fightaestheticasia @fightaesthetic for the gear. Thanks team mates @carpediembjj_singapore sry for coming out short.. Tomorrow I’ll try again. Back to cutting ..
