A gem in Central NJ you probably didn’t know about!

I checked out Violette’s Restaurant in Woodbridge and this spot surprised me in the best way. A modern Italian restaurant with steakhouse, raw bar and sushi options, PLUS cocktail experiences, free valet and a menu where every dish really hit.

Still thinking about the catfish, that perfectly seared steak, the Hearts on Fire cocktail and don’t even get me started on the lambchops, sooo FLAVORFUL. The spicy mashed potaoes were also a standout. Back to the steak, it was great on its own, but the butter and salt flight really took it to another level.

And because I clearly have no self control, I ended with the dessert trio AND the cookie butter “caviar”. No regrets! 🔥

⭐️ Definitely adding this to my Central NJ faves

This is easily one of my favorite bars. It’s full of locals, a great DJ, lit vibes and are serving some of the best Jamaican food in NYC! And I’ve tried just about all of them! @stopatthespotnyc is worth the hype it doesn’t get.. outside of their local community!!!

Their brown stew fish and rasta pasta taste just like the plates I’ve had in the countryside of JA 🇯🇲

Seafood Wednesday’s are a VIBE!
IYKYK 🔥 If you don’t, you better find out! 🎉
