The magic of liftoff 🚀

💫✨🖤 #FallIntoMagic ~ Day 3 🖤✨💫

I think it was lack of finding the physics of the body, but getting my butt off the ground and leg straight through pointed toe was definitely challenging in this pose, so I have a couple liftoff variations 🤣🙌 Which is your favorite?

Small moments, big magic ✨

💫✨🖤 #FallIntoMagic ~ Day 2 🖤✨💫

We are grounding today in earth magic, so I wrapped myself up into a little pretzel 🥨 and I thought it was the perfect time to show off my gorgeous towel from @solwoven 🤩 It's sustainable, all natural and perfect for protecting mother Earth through mindful living. Made from organic Turkish cotton, the towel is double lined and is so soft. And in supporting SolWoven, you’re supporting a female owned small business ✨ Find your favorite colors and patterns here: solwoven.com 💫

Magic in the air ✨

💫✨🖤 #FallIntoMagic ~ Day 1 🖤✨💫

Who could pass up a magical theme in October?!? I love supporting Lisa, Jenny, Rachel and Sophie, and it’s the perfect time to show off the gorgeous bikini and towel I won from @neonskullswim and @solwoven 🌊🏝️☀️

The weather has been rain all weekend here (maybe nature is in on the water theme for day 1?!?), so I’m starting inside, but still bringing a water loving dolphin and mermaid. Even though there’s no sun, my Neon Skull bikini is shining bright and the Solwoven towel is sooooo magically soft and cozy! 🐬🧜‍♀️

Still smiling from this morning. 💗

Sunshine, Pilates, shopping, good food, and a rooftop full of really incredible women.

🥰 A huge thank you to @eqbylaura aka @thefitnessskinny
For bringing the movement and leading us through such an amazing class

🤩 @solwoven for the beautiful Turkish towels ( the towel on my mat in the vid)

And 🫶🏼 @organicsqueezedenver for keeping us fueled with fresh juice shots and protein balls.

Special shoutout to @heidi_marquardt_ ceo of @neonskullswim for the gorgeous cupcakes and fruit platters and thank you to me for me 😉💅

But the best part? Watching women who didn’t know each other show up, move together, laugh, shop, connect, exchange numbers, make new friends, and leave with plans to see each other again.

That’s exactly what we hoped this morning would be.
We’re so proud of this group of women and so happy Neon Skull + EQ could bring everyone together for a little sunshine, Pilates, shopping, and something even better connection.

New friendships created. Connections were sparked. Future plans were made.
More of this, please. 💗
