Still smiling from this morning. 💗

Sunshine, Pilates, shopping, good food, and a rooftop full of really incredible women.

For bringing the movement and leading us through such an amazing class

But the best part? Watching women who didn’t know each other show up, move together, laugh, shop, connect, exchange numbers, make new friends, and leave with plans to see each other again.

That’s exactly what we hoped this morning would be.
We’re so proud of this group of women and so happy Neon Skull + EQ could bring everyone together for a little sunshine, Pilates, shopping, and something even better connection.

Okay, Denver! Here’s what we ( @neonskullswim ) have planned for Sunday.

We’re starting the morning on the rooftop with EQ taught by the amazing @thefitnessskinny @eqbylaura Laura Gill. It’s a mat-based workout rooted in Pilates with deep core work, breath and fluid movement and all levels are welcome.

After class, stay awhile! We’ll have light bites and juice, plus you can shop Neon Skull and try everything on in person. 🫶🏼🧘🏽‍♀️👙🥰

We’re also bringing in @solwoven, a company we recently discovered and absolutely love. They sell and design the most beautiful Turkish towels, and we’ll have some of our favorites available to shop at the event!

Basically: move your body, meet some new people, have a juice, shop a little, and spend your Sunday morning with us 😘
