. A fun couple days exchanging neon knowledge with our friend Lukas Galehr @oldhurn @_we_make_things_ here in Wakefield, visiting from Vienna.
Lukas has - for the last 15 years, been at the forefront of designing and project managing some of the largest and most complex neon installations world wide, for clients such as Cerith Wyn Evans, Tate Britain, White Cube, Burberry and many more. So it was about time he had a go at making neon ;)

Safe travels and see you soon ol pal.

Coming soon! No Borders in Victory Over The Sun curated by @nkhowes at a new cultural venue The Light in Durham.
The inclusion of No Borders aligns perfectly with the theme of Victory Over the Sun, which showcases how iconic International contemporary artists have worked with light to explore global, political, and socio-environmental landscapes.
@thelightdurham opens on August 22nd. I can’t wait to see this !
Grateful to the fabulous Fabrication and install of No Borders by @neonworkshops

In Berlin but don’t have 3 days to spare?

Our second offering is a two hour Neon Session, on Friday or Saturday evening. Learn what neon is, what it can do and how to make it🔥

See glowing examples of neon art explained, expect mesmerising demonstrations of cutting, blowing, stretching, bending and fusing glass with the flame,
filling with gas and illuminating with electricity ⚡️

Experience the chance to have a go yourself under tuition and take home the results! Hope to see you there🔥
