We Sipped, Celebrated & Reset 🧘🏽‍♀️🥂
Yoga & Wine Saturday morning Reset was an easeful start into our Fall season. What a beautiful group of women. We celebrated with Ashley & fam for her Birthday!!! 🎉💫

I appreciate everyone for taking time to nourish yourself. It is always a blessing to hear from a beginner or first timer they enjoyed their experience, felt refreshed & supported by the class🙏🏾
Maria @vbwinery provided a delicious tasting flight for us.🫶🏾 Everyone left with their favorite bottle of wine, a slushy, or something from the wellness market!

Keep moving with Ease ladies❤️🙏🏾

Join us Nov 14th for our next Sat Morning Reset at Virginia Beach Winery✨️

🙋🏾‍♀️Chef prepared meals, a cool summer breeze, & an emaculate group of women to share the moment with...Yes, Yes & Yes!!

During our Awake & Ignite retreat we enjoyed the most delicious dinner prepared by @theveganishkitchen 😋 she had us all figuring out how to become vegan full time!! Every single dish was mouth watering and made with love you could feel in each bite.

These moments are important as each member of the NeoSoulYoga retreat team designs every detail with intention. The menu, the setup, the timing...etc.

Forever Memories🫶🏾

Side quest activated: NeoSoul yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️

🐝: you never know how one thing is MEANT lead to another. We ran into @yogi_loni and the Ari Lennox concert and when she said NEO SOUL YOGA ON THE BEACH you know me and my wife had to support! Got our tix on the spot before Ari even hit the stage!

This was such a good way to start our day and just have a moment to release it all, we needed this more than we realized! So this Side Quest deserves a 10/10 🙌🏾

Breakfast snacks were top tier(dairy free yogurt for my wife 🥰) and mocktail drinks sponsored by @curiouselixirs (blood orange + pineapple) 😋 so good!

Thank you @neosoulyogallc and @yogi_loni for having us, we can’t wait for the next one! Follow them for more info! by @neosoulyogallc
