Is it just me or did March actually give us time to enjoy it?

I wanted to close up our exploration of 'Asteya' - nonstealing on the last day of the month. Thank you to all the students who flowed with me this month ➡️➡️➡️

We learned how to only take what the breath & body offers. We learned to only take what is ours. We learned that nothing is missing, & that we are already enough! It's been a great time w/y'all 🫶🏾

Movement. Mindfulness. Meaningful connection.

This is exactly what Girl, I Needed This is about. Can’t wait to do it again soon ✨

We've had quite a meaningful January so far! With only 1 week left in the month, I wanted to share a little more about Ahimsa - the 1st yama meaning "non-violence" & some of what we did together! ➡️

Thank you to every student who has shared spaced & flowed on their mat with me! Thank you for practicing Ahimsa & embarking on this journey with self & with me! Thank you 🙏🏾
