The tournament is underway, and our players are ready to make the most of it.

Our Ivan Hristakiev and Nera Skender are heading into J60 Veli Losinj with a simple mindset — play as many matches as possible, play some good tennis and, most importantly, have fun.

Good luck, Ivan and Nera!

Talent can open the door, but character is what keeps you moving forward.

As you learn more about the philosophy behind our Academy Pro, our Head Coach, Luka Cvjetkovic, shares what we truly look for in young players.

Passion for the game.
Patience to trust the process.
The discipline to show up every day.
And the commitment to keep learning, even when progress isn't immediate.

Because Academy Pro isn't built around shortcuts—it's built around smart, purposeful work that helps players grow over time.

Some partnerships go beyond the court. 🎾💜

Our Angelina Pavincic and Nera Skender often share the court as doubles partners — but their friendship goes far beyond tennis.

Built on trust, support, and shared experiences, their connection shows how tennis can create friendships that become just as important as the matches themselves.

Day 5 at the Ljubicic Academy Open — where results are earned — but mindset drives the journey. 💥

After a strong run this week, Nera Skender was stopped in the singles quarterfinals by Nadja Kneževic. But what stood out even more was her reflection after the match — a mature perspective, seeing the experience not as a setback, but as a clear step forward in her development.

That ability to learn, adjust, and grow is what truly shapes a player 💪🏼

At the same time, Yanru Li continues an impressive run, reaching the doubles final alongside Lionel Friessnegg after a tough battle, and advancing to the singles semifinals!

A week of strong performances — and even stronger lessons. Day 6, let's go!

Day 4 at the LjubicicAcademy Open — and today, the weather had its own plans. 🌧️

After a rainy start (and a brief switch to water polo mode 😄), the matches moved indoors — but the level of tennis stayed just as high.

Nera Skender and Yanru Li both advanced to the singles quarterfinals, continuing their strong run this week.

In doubles, Yanru Li and Lionel Friessnegg carried that momentum into a tight win to reach the semifinals, while Nera Skender and Angelina Pavincic were narrowly stopped in the quarterfinals.

Rain or shine, the level keeps rising — and the tournament keeps building.

We are ready for day 5, let's go!
