👋HI👋

It’s been a while so here’s a bit about me and what I get up to here…

I’m 44, wife, mum of 3 & try my best to be the ray of sunshine my grandma always said I was 🥹

Grew up with health conscious parents and I’m grateful for that influence. Nothing extreme, just good old-fashioned values. I finished year 12, completed a further education course, must’ve been half decent as the college hired me, but wasn’t particularly career driven…tbh I was happy to one day be a wife and mum 👸

Married a farmer in 2000 and moved to rural NSW but never lost my childhood love of life by the ocean. Stay tuned on that 🤫🏝️🏡

The recent ‘rona years brought much anger & frustration and dimmed my light often BUT 2021 definitely had more then one silver lining.

A friend brought a biz opportunity to me and while I trusted her with the products (and fell instantly in love: lowtox and PERFORM!) I wasn’t keen to do the biz with her. Didn’t feel qualified, adequate etc etc etc

She, however believed in me, helped me see the vision and knew I had potential. Without sounding conceited she was right…I’m proud of my achievements so far and honestly wish to spark the same confidence, joy and passion in others! Looks like I’m a late bloomer as I’ve found my groove 😁 I loved being a SAHM while the kids were little but they are older now and moving out/on 😭 so this is my time to invest back in me. And this biz & community certainly does that.

I owe it to you to pass it on 💥

Consistency + my formula = YES 🙌 🌱

It doesn’t take a tonne of time, effort or hassle but consistency is definitely a key factor 💥

Looking after your scalp makes perfect sense once you think about it. Think…exfoliation, gentle massage, not sleeping with wet hair, double shampoo, nourishing with an oil with a molecular structure designed to penetrate not suffocate, after shower care. ‼️didn’t over complicate it‼️

Step 1: scalp oiling
Step 2: shampoo & conditioner for my hair type
Step 3: after shower care for ends

The routine is simple and the results are incredible 🌟
