I accidentally found what I was looking for…

I came for the products and the business.
But I was searching for something more.

I love this song “Cry” because this journey hasn’t been without tears… but the best kind of tears… tears of relief, freedom, transformation, healing, growth, happiness, and becoming.

I didn’t realise I was craving an environment where women celebrate each other.
Where growth is normal.
Where leadership is developed.
Where your potential is unlocked.
Where your voice isn’t silenced, it’s strengthened.

Somewhere between the products and the paydays…
I rebuilt confidence.
I stretched beyond comfort.
I stepped into capacity I didn’t know I had.
I healed the parts of me that had learned to shrink.

✨ Community that truly claps when you win.
✨ Confidence I didn’t know I was missing.
✨ Personal growth that changed how I see myself.

This business didn’t just grow my hair.
It grown and continues to grow:
My vision.
My courage.
My capacity.
My leadership.
And me as a person, as a wife, as a mum…

If you’ve been watching quietly… feeling the pull but not sure why, maybe you’re not actually looking for a product either.

Maybe you’re looking for a place where you can safely step into your full potential and find out who you could become 🤍

Becoming who you were called to be takes courage.
But courage only comes after you actually step out and take action.

You might ask - Renae, how can you help me change in 12 months?

I help you change your mindset
I help you focus.
I remind you the desires God put in your heart are there for a reason.
I help you stay focused on your purpose.
I help you reignite the things God created you to do.
I help you set down your excuses.
I help you make use of your time on this app
I help you find the version of you God created you to be.

It takes discipline, for you and me.
If your dreams don’t scare you they aren’t big enough.
If you’re not having to take massive action to get to where you want to go, it might be too small of a place you’re headed.

We’re not playing small here, me and my beauty besties are here to grab your hand.
Let’s make your life unrecognizable in 12 months 😎

Fun fact : we all said yes to the same business opportunity, have connected online for months or years, supported one another and cheered from the sidelines, seen the highs and cried through the lows… so when we get to hang out FOR REAL LIFE, we make the most of it 🤩 and it is the best ever!!

Most of us here don’t benefit from one another’s businesses either. We’re effectively competition… only here we’re not.

We collaborate.
We share team trainings.
We mentor each others teams.
We share systems and success tips.
We’re here for these friendships!

We’re not MLM. We’re Monat. Trust me when I say it’s different here 🙏🏽☺️

So if it’s community, collaboration, friendships and FUN you’re looking for… maybe starting a business is the ticket to get it 🥰

To a special woman on her birthday, I cannot fully capture the depth of my gratitude for all you’ve given me over the years. Mum, your unwavering support, endless guidance, and unconditional love have been the foundation of my life. Thank you for being my greatest supporter and best friend. I love you endlessly xx

Monat.

I started using the products to tackle my oily scalp and dry, frizzy hair that just wouldn’t grow. After the first wash, I fell in love; my hair felt different, and I knew I’d found something special. That’s when I thought, why not give the business a shot?

At the time, I was in an uncertain phase of my life. I had a full-time 9-to-5 corporate job but had taken some time off due to personal reasons, unsure if I'd even have a position to return to. While I thought I was coping, looking back, I can see I wasn’t in the best space. I had worked so hard to get where I was in my career, and the thought of it potentially slipping away was scary.

Just 10 days into starting, I attended an event in Brisbane, not knowing anyone and standing in the corner because I was too shy to introduce myself. I had no confidence. I really wasn't sure what I had signed up for. But that event was incredible; it showed me what this community and company are all about—people celebrating each other without competition, and wanting to change peoples lives. Since then, I’ve made incredible friendships with women who now feel like family.

In my two years with Monat, I’ve earned two incentive trips within Australia. I dream of one day driving a Range Rover, earning an overseas trip, and having the flexibility to cut back on my 9-to-5 hours. It might take a while, but the key is to never give up!

This opportunity and community have helped me rediscover myself. Now, I wake up excited to help other women and families, with a mindset that’s more positive and grateful. Life truly changes when you’re surrounded by like-minded people who want to make a difference.

I balance this business with my full-time job, working in the pocket of my time. I get paid weekly for simply sharing the products that work for me. While the income isn’t always huge, it has helped with meals out, bills, holidays, groceries, fuel... and it has paid for all of my beauty products over the last 2 years (haircare, skincare, bodycare and makeup!).

I wouldn’t be so passionate about sharing if I hadn’t seen results myself.
