Don’t we all love a lazy girl core workout? Now you know, I usually do the most for the thick fit girlies😅 but I slowed it down and kept the cute for my lazy girls who wants a low impact, core focused effective workout. You don’t need kettlebells. any weights that you have will do. Engage your core & breathe properly while performing these exercises and get it done ✅ Also yes, whining is amazing core workout. which is why I love to do it when doing my ab workouts. #coreworkout #abs #fitover40 #reggae #workoutoftheday by @netta.gets.fit

Which complex is your fave? 1 or 2? To me, it’s all about the journey to get to the final destination! The journey of coming up with this complex was the real workout. I worked for 1.5 hours to create this complex as it was my first! Then you have to do it multiple times on both sides so that it’s a balanced workout! I was too done afterwards but did enjoy every minute of it! #kettlebellworkout #kettlebellcomplex #kettlebellflow #fitover40 by @netta.gets.fit

40+ 👉🏾Here’s 4 reasons you should try landmine exercises If you’re over 40 and strength training, you’re already winning the game ✅ But here’s why every now and then you need to ditch the dumbbells to replace it with other workout equipment, like landmines 👇🏾 1st, If you’re over 40, lost your motivation, need support or don’t even know where to start… 👉🏾Join over 100 women over 40 in my ✨ 40+ Lean & Sculpt 6 wk challenge starting 10/26 🔗 in bio ✨Here’s Why Landmines are a great option: 1. Great for losing fat fast because they usually call for full body, high intensity movements! 2. Landmines provides anti rotational strength! Your core is literally working overtime to keep you straight while you bend, twist and tilt with the bar! 3. Unlike most straight in and down dumbbell movements, Landmine exercises allows you to rotate, push and pull 4.
