First rental property in the books. This was a goal of mine for a couple years now. People have asked if I’m super excited and happy..? My answer to that, “mentally I’ve had the keys to this house for a couple years now.” If you’ve had one exciting idea & thought in mind every day for 730+ days that excitement eventually fades away. I’m beyond proud for setting a goal and executing! School was never for me I would much rather learn from life experiences. And I’ll tell you guys out there who have plans on building a Realestate portfolio and don’t come from mommy and daddy money. Hire a solid accountant, show income, pay taxes, and make sure you have good credit. “I would fucking do it, and figure it out along the way. Are you going to lose money on these first few? Maybe. Gotta be real… working out through my whole pregnancy seriously helped me stay strong, and I’m so grateful for that.🙏🏼 But honestly, my gym mindset started way before pregnancy. After giving birth, I spent 9 months getting back into the gym, just trying to feel strong again, my core was SO weak after carrying JJ and having a C-section. Then, once JJ got more mobile, it became a whole new challenge. Trying to work out with a little one on the move? Nearly impossible! 😂 especially because I was bringing her in with me to the gym. So I took a break. But now, I’m finally back to being consistent, and it feels SO good.

I’m more motivated than ever especially after seeing her watch me 🤩

NOTE TO SELF:

When we distract ourselves from discomfort with a temporary fix, we fool ourselves into thinking we’re being productive/happy.

If you refuse to acknowledge the pain, it will find ways to acknowledge its self.

And with that comes more discomfort.

If it hurts. Don’t ignore it.
