🏡 FIRST-TIME BUYERS… this could be a big one. 👀

The Government has announced plans for Your First Home — a new scheme designed to help first-time buyers in England get onto the property ladder.

The headline numbers:

🔑 2.5% minimum deposit
🏡 20% Government-backed equity loan
💷 Initial interest-free period
🏗️ For eligible new-build homes

So, on a £200,000 home, a 2.5% deposit would be just £5,000.

But before everyone starts house hunting… 👀

The full details haven't been announced yet.

Income limits, local property price caps, eligibility and the finer details are expected at the Budget on 28 October.

We'll be keeping a close eye on this one and breaking down exactly what it means for buyers when we know more.
