📍 1 month into building my estate agency from scratch. Here's what I've learned so far.

💬 Communication is key. Obvious, but it's everything keeping people in the loop from valuation → photos → listing → enquiries → viewings → offers.

⚡ Speed is essential. We expect instant replies in every other part of life. Why should property be different? One fast response can be the deciding factor.

🤝 Honesty pays off. I'll never tell a seller a price is achievable if I don't believe it. Misleading someone to win an instruction is a short-term win, long-term loss.

📱 Social media cuts both ways. It builds trust fast and breaks it just as fast. Showing the real journey (wins, losses, everything in between) builds more credibility than a highlight reel ever will.

😬 Don't shy away from uncomfortable conversations. Avoiding them helps no one. People respect honesty over comfort, every time.

🎯 "Volume negates luck". As Alex Hormozi puts it, take enough shots and luck stops mattering. One cold call might fail. A thousand will produce results, because volume smooths out the variance.

🌱 Embrace the journey.

🤝 Looking for an honest valuation or thinking about selling now or in the future?

Feel free to reach out always happy to chat, no pressure.

Drop Squad hit Colne today with a three-man crew, clocking up the steps and delivering 500 leaflets for @next_homeproperties.
Steep hills were no match for us… job still smashed. 💪

Huge thanks for trusting us with your message – we loved the collab and can’t wait to work with you again.

And keep your eyes peeled… we’ve got some very exciting news coming soon. 🚀

A frozen pitch couldn’t stop the Drop Squad today! ❄️⚽️

With the boys’ match postponed, two of the squad headed over to Accrington earlier than planned to deliver 500 leaflets. They worked smart, stuck tightly to the target area, and completed it in great time.

With leaflets still left to deliver, they didn’t call it a day – they hopped in the car and headed to another similar area just a short drive away to finish the job properly. Efficient, focused, and determined to see it through.

Huge thanks to next_homeproperties for trusting us to get your message into local homes. We’re looking forward to the next delivery for you in Colne!

Another room ticked off for @next_homeproperties . Damp injection and membrane applied before boarding and skimmed.
