⚡ Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) + CARDIAC ARREST: who needs an ICD?

The dissection may heal.
But does the risk disappear?

Initial VT/VF identifies a higher-risk phenotype, while recurrent SCAD occurs in 10–30% of patients.

No routine ICD.
