Every Thursday we welcome our community into our space to work, learn, be healthy and grow
This isn’t another happy hour or “event.”

It’s a weekly ritual where we practice what we preach in the lab:
Real connection. Play. Feedback. Supporting each other like a tribe.

Some weeks it’s game night. Some weeks are skill shares, deep conversations, workouts, or field trips.

Doesn’t matter what we do — the point is the same:
Build the muscle of real community in a world going more digital and fake by the day.

That’s one of our favorite parts of our annual Harvest Festival—we get to make it about them.

A place to cook, learn, play, experiment, and jam with friends and colleagues at the top of their craft. To reflect. And to thank the people who helped them succeed along the way.

Ahead of tonight’s Harvest Festival, we are offering quick biometrics screenings + flu shot compliments of Next Jump. It’s something we used to do before covid for employees, friends & family and are bringing it back as a simple way to get a view on your metabolic health (something you can’t see). ❤️

Most of us only get a view into this once a year which makes it hard to spot things early that can be easily corrected.

(A quick story and part of why we host this— our Co-CEO Charlie was alerted via a simple blood test (same as what we’re offering) that he had crazy high Triglycerides. Through simple changes to his morning routine (lemon water + handful of pumpkin seeds), he brought it within a healthy range with 30 days! We’re providing some of these staples for the community to take home too…)
