That someone was @goob_u2 & I’ll actually forever be grateful for that suggestion - It gave me something to aim for and was enough time for me to realize I wasn’t missing out on anything and a lot of my motivation was just not wanting TO FAIL. No shade if you choose to drink but if you are considering dropping alcohol, I don’t think you will regret it. #15monthssober #sober #soberlife #noalcohol #health #wellbeing taken in New York, United States of America by @ney_zer

Working on that deadlift @thestrengthclubnyc with @kennysantucci & @goob_u2 extra credit to @goob_u2 for the awesome video which mostly hides the bar so you can’t tell how little I’m actually lifting. #nyc #strengthclub #deadlift taken in New York City, N. Y. by @ney_zer

We nase awgazi, you don’t say much
But I feel it though
You make it feel simple
Like I been here before
Tamba ngi, don’t let go
I feel you in my soul
Even when we quiet, you still feel like home
