Just a snapshot of my week… and honestly? It’s been such a blessing. 🤙🏽

I’m so grateful for every single person in my support ohana…the love I’ve received this week reminded me just how lucky I am to get to live this life. In New York City, of all places.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself.

A kid from Hawaii… making it in the Big Apple. 🍎

I grew up watching Home Alone, dreaming about what it would feel like to just run through the streets of this city like it was mine. And now? I actually get to do that every single day.

This life God has given me… I don’t take a single moment of it for granted.

So here’s to whatever He has in store next ….because if this is just the beginning, I can’t even imagine what’s coming. 🙏🏽

To everyone who has poured into me, believed in me, and made this dream possible….thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

Aloha. I love you all.

I hope I’m making you proud. ♥️

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Injuries may slow you down, but they’ll never break your spirit.

Believe in yourself. Don’t fear failure. Dream big, work hard, and stay positive — because setbacks are just setups for a stronger comeback.

I’ll do whatever it takes to fulfill my athlete goals every single day. Keep pushing. You’re stronger than your excuses. 💥 #KeepGoing #DreamBig #running #brooksrunning #athlete

HYROX NYC24.
This is what happens, if you have the right coach, the right motivation and if you never give up. No excuses, no bullshit, no social media bla bla. Within 12 months I could shave off 23min 56sek off my first Hyrox and with this race I also qualified for the World Championships for 24/25 - imagine that. I was blessed to have my whole family with me to support me and blessed at the same time with my coach @markus_frison from @thefrisonmethod_ . I am not competing in 2024 any more and prepare myself for other challenges. But I am more than happy to be part of the next season. If you want to know how you could eliminate almost 30min off your results, write in the comments. Thanks to anyone who REALLY supported me during this year. I love you.
