This was by far the best nationals trip I ever had. This one I learned more about myself and where I’m gonna take powerlifting post grad. Being surrounded by some of the strongest in their weight class is a feeling that’s so humbling and you can’t help but want to work harder.

Amazing experience being able to share the top flight and platform at my first CNATS. Came into this meet not expecting too much but left with 15kg PR on the total and many memories. Expect less get more!!
