as much as I ADORE being a mom and cherish every moment of bonding with my baby, one thing id never want to lose sight of is myself. pursuing my carrier and hobbies have always been part of my own well being & I promised to myself motherhood won’t be an excuse to give those up. truly believe it takes a happy mother to raise a happy child.

this time marks 3 years since I left everything in Belgium to move to Vietnam. my life the past three years have moved as fast as Saigon itself. started a new job, moved places, year 1 engaged, year 2 married, year 3 as a mom of one. thankful for every opportunity the city has offered me, the friends I got to reconnect with, my family in-law for welcoming me & the new relationships I’ve built. there have been ups and downs, moments where I missed my family and friends dearly, but never a moment I questioned my presence being here. Vietnam, some of the most beautiful chapters of my life happened here. you taught me ANYTHING is possible. ready for whatever’s coming next & for making most of everything here. 🖤
