Anyone who knows Niall Glavin knows the genuine care and pride he puts into his craft. He approaches every home as a true custom creation, focusing on thoughtful architectural design, solid construction, and spaces designed around how families actually live.

Last night, that dedication showed up in a big way. Glavin Homes swept every single People’s Choice award at the 2026 BIA GRO Parade of Homes for The Copper Hearth.

Watching thousands of people walk through those doors and connect with the work was incredible. A huge congratulations to Renee Hicks of RH Design Collective for her vision on the interiors, and to every trade partner who brought their best to the stonework, the millwork, and the grounds.

We’ve worked alongside Niall for years, but seeing him take home a full public sweep across a field of eight standout builders was something special.

The home is officially sale pending, and we couldn't be happier for Niall and the entire Glavin Homes team.

Well deserved, Niall.

Continued the tradition of taking Luca to a Mariners game when the Yankees come to town. While we made signs the boys went on the field and watched Luca's favorite team and player warm-up. A big thank you to @lindseylasher for always helping make these moments memorable and possible!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Next Saturday from 10-12 at Union Ridge Elementary there will be a holiday bazaar with all products made by students. Luca has been working hard for the last month or so making candles and is excited to make some sales. He invested all of his own money and lots of time getting prepared for this and we hope to see you there! by @nialltglavin

In the morning, I had a clean miss on this buck at 500 yards. 8 hours later I had a second opportunity at half the distance.
