Before it's our gently baked mango, it's this.

Our mangoes are from Ghana, where they are hand-picked, peeled, cut, and dried.

We grow and process our mangoes in Ghana for a variety of reasons, but mainly because we like to grow where the fruit grows naturally.

This lets us grow a specific variety of each fruit with less fertiliser and fewer pesticides, because the native land provides the biodiversity the fruit needs to grow best. by @nibblish

That’s why we keep our ingredient lists short, only use real fruit and don’t add anything that shouldn’t be there.
