Nice One is ONE! A year ago I launched my little venture with a fairly simple plan: stay hands-on, work with good people, keep teams small, and do useful work for clients I liked. I also like to work #swiftly (#iykyk - it is August after all...)

Turns out I also wanted to write copy for approximately 47,000 websites and get super familar with Squarespace again. Who knew. 😂

My favourite part (as always) has been the people: reconnecting with old colleagues, meeting new clients, and watching good connections turn into more good work.

Thanks to everyone who's trusted me, worked with me, recommended me, met me for coffee, given me feedback, answered my questions or generally been in my corner this year.

TL;DR? Still learning. Still curious. Still having fun.

Well, here we go. Day 1 of being a #solopreneur and I’m still only halfway through reading ‘Company of One’. Seriously though, looking forward to a new chapter in my professional life while spending more time with my amazing family and friends. More to come! by @niceoneyyc
