long overdue. but again, better late than never 😜

Thank you @kristinestarita @suertetakon @keiithjohn @eamaranon @plpr.marv and @valeriewhaaat for coming all the way to Manila to support and cheer for us. It means a lot to see familiar faces on the finish line. Also, to @casper.jb and @gelodi69. Not to mention the goods you guys brought from Iloilo haha wala man ko gakaon prutas pro basta nagkaon ko tu kamote ah haha

To @jca182, again coach, I don’t know how you do our programming but we made it. 🥹

To @crossfit.ilo fam, you guys know who y’all are - thank you for the solid support during training, qualifiers, simulation days and for not missing to send your warm goodlucks and pep talks virtually during the finals. Kly and I needed it more that you think HAHAHAH

To @klyzzmrgrgr, the fire just started burning. Excited to see your growth and witness your fullest potential to come out. Cheers to more trainings ahead ❤️‍🔥

✅ sub 1:30
✅ 100 unbroken wallballs... but no red bull patch for now

Happy on how my numbers went as a first time open solo racer but that feeling of knowing I can do more haunts me. However, it's no secret of how much a person can grow after his/her "first". So, I'm taking the experience and my honest efforts as my biggest wins for Hyrox TPE 🇹🇼.

Always grateful to @jca182 for seeing all his athletes through and through from training to nutrition and race strategies up to the race day itself - all these while preparing for his very own pro solo race as well. 🙌🫡

Of course, cheers to all @crossfit.ilo crew for a solid finish. ❤️‍🔥

first RX and hopefully not the last ✨

proud of us @wrio_suelo and @klyzzmrgrgr 🔥🫡💞

couldn't thank everyone enough for the support during training, competition day and esp post comp. appreciate y'all and some who extended words of comfort, shown effort and for always cheering us on without hesitation and doubt.

competing has never been easy but with a community that endures with you, celebrates your win, and embraces everyone's highs and lows... competing has become light, bearable, absolutely hard in some ways but totally fun 🌙

as always, thank you coach @jca182 and the whole @crossfit.ilo crew for being consistent since my day one!

On to the next ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🩹💫
