Empowering the next generation of sports professionals. 🤝

Preparation for Dagyang Duos 2026 Powered by Decathlon is in full swing! Our Coaches conducted an in-depth orientation with our partner student judges from the WVSU College of PESCAR.

Together, we thoroughly reviewed workout standards, movement criteria, floor flow, and judging ethics to ensure a seamless and fair competition for all athletes on game day.

Through our partnership with WVSU PESCAR, these students will be serving as our official judges as part of their academic curriculum—connecting classroom learning with real-world sports officiating and event management.

We’re proud to work alongside WVSU PESCAR in raising the standard for local functional fitness events.

See you all on the competition floor! 💪

Chasing the HYROX High: Taipei, Bangkok, and Jakarta. 🇹🇼🇹🇭🇮🇩

Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in these recent HYROX events. Behind every finish on the race floor was weeks of consistent training, discipline, and hard work at the gym. Watching our members push through the toughest parts of the course and represent our community on the international stage has been incredibly rewarding. We are proud of the dedication and effort every single one put into their prep and their race.

HYROX #2 | 1:16

Turns out consistency, good coaching, great training partner, and a very supportive husband are faster than motivation alone.

Forever grateful to @jca182 @nicholepirote and to all Crossfit ILO coaches for the guidance, my partner @jianlea and gym teammates for the endless encouragement, and my husband @wilyammy for always backing me before, during, and after every race.

Thank you ILLCITY CLOTHING and mang @kattykat.ph for sponsoring our Singlet. Proud to represent you on race day! ❤️

Already thinking about how to shave a few more minutes off… because apparently I enjoy this kind of pain. 😅

Yesterday, we didn’t just finish our first HYROX race. We proved to ourselves that we’re capable of doing hard things.

My HYROX journey started back in December. Training was on and off because of my work as a professional DJ. Weekend bookings, sleepless nights, and a packed schedule made consistency difficult.

@kategchavez only started training last May. She wasn’t even a runner before this, but her discipline amazed me. Every afternoon, she showed up, listened to our coaches, trusted the process, and got stronger week after week. Watching her grow pushed me to become better too.

A huge thank you to Coach @jca182 for believing in us, pushing us beyond our limits, and reminding us that progress comes from showing up consistently. We also wouldn’t have made it here without our @crossfit.ilo family. This community became our safe space, celebrated every small win, and lifted us on the days we wanted to quit.

Race weekend wasn’t ideal. Our flight to Indonesia was delayed, we landed close to midnight.., and our race was at 4 p.m. We had very little rest, but we showed up anyway.

The race was tougher than we expected, but we never stopped moving. Every station reminded us why we started.

Crossing that finish line made every sore muscle, and every sacrifice worth it.

To everyone who supported us, trained with us, believed in us, and prayed for us, thank you. We carried a piece of you with us on that race floor.

This was our first HYROX, but definitely not our last.

See you at the next starting line. 🖤💪🏻 #hyroxjakarta2026
