Don’t stop praying just because you don’t understand what God is doing.

There have been seasons where I’ve questioned the road I was on. Seasons where I wondered if what I was walking through was punishment, preparation, or simply something I had to endure.

But looking back, I’m reminded that God was never absent.
Sometimes the answer to a prayer doesn’t look like what you expected. Sometimes it takes longer than you wanted. And sometimes, you have to keep trusting when nothing seems to make sense.

So keep praying.

And while you do, cherish the people God has placed around you. The ones who check in. The ones who believe in you when you struggle to believe in yourself. The ones who remind you who you are when life makes you forget.

Not everyone is going to be for you. And that’s okay.

But if you find yourself in a season where you feel like you have nobody…let that be your prayer too.
“God, bring the right people into my life.”

You were never created to do this alone.

Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep going.
You never know what God is preparing you for. by @nichomathe

Personally for me it has been finding a gym and also trying to reach my macro intake … I have not been successful with neither however I have been blessed to have @sportrx_sa to help me get closer to my protein goals!

This is a season of purpose not pleasure 😎😏! by @nichomathe

Honestly, I’ve realised I need to make a few changes.

Training harder is one thing, but I need to sort out the rest too…my food, recovery, running, sleep and just being more consistent.

I’m training for a bodybuilding competition, so it’s time to take the whole lifestyle seriously.

Not trying to become someone else. Just getting back to me.

Cellixa gets you back.

Getting ready to go out and, of course, adding the finishing touch. 🤎

I’ve been loving GANT Fragrance 1949 … it’s fresh, warm and just has that effortless, put-together feel. The kind of scent that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together 😂

You can find GANT Fragrance 1949 @dischem_pharmacies and with your purchase, you can get a complimentary GANT duffle bag while stocks last.
