POSTS STORIES REELS

1. Goals change, and that's okay.
Fitness and career goals evolve. Changing direction isn't failure, it's growth.

2. Setbacks happen.
They're not the end of the road. They're part of it. Keep coming back.

3. You're always negotiating with yourself.
"Should I or shouldn't I?" Build habits so you're not relying on motivation alone.

4. Cognitive distortions are normal.
"I've blown it." "Everyone else has it together." We all have thinking traps. Notice them, question them, manage them.

5. Being your authentic self is the key.
Real peace comes from living by your own values, not performing.

6. Sleep is non-negotiable.
You can't out train or out supplement poor sleep. (Although 30 grams of creatine can help 😂)

7. Nutrition is the foundation, not the fix.
Whole foods, enough protein, plenty of water. Consistency beats restriction.

8. Travel resets your perspective.
Stepping outside your routine reminds you what really matters and how little you actually need.

9. Connection is medicine.
The right people around you will do more for your health than any programme.

10. Vulnerability is strength.
Especially for men. Saying "I'm not okay" takes real courage.

The journey isn't linear and it's never finished. Small steps, every day.

Find the fire in the belly.

The ancient Greeks had a word for it: θυμός (thymos), the spirited part of the soul and the seat of anger, courage and drive. Plato didn't want it crushed. He wanted it trained to fight alongside reason.

That's what I'm telling him in this moment. Don't bury what you're carrying. Use it. Push it into the ball, into the ground, into the next rep.

The science backs it up. Sport psychology research shows anger can increase raw physical force, and the people who let it out perform better than those who bottle it up. Another study found that deliberate self-talk helped people keep going 18% longer before exhaustion. Sometimes that voice has to come from the man standing next to you.

Every man carries something. The trick is to burn it before it burns you. Put it into the work, then leave it on the field.
That's Kaizen Path. If you're carrying something and want somewhere to put it, send me a message.

The end is always a new beginning. Still learning.

Nobody tells you letting go takes more than one try.

⚠️ ⚠️ Viewer discretion: raw and real, some swearing in this clip.

A man came to an old boatbuilder, his hands raw from gripping a rope tied to something he lost long ago.

"I've tried letting go a hundred times," he said. "Some days I loosen my grip. The next morning, it's wrapped round my wrist again."

The old man smiled. "That's not failure. Nobody drops a rope they've held this long all at once."

He uncurled one finger. "Just this one. Today."

Months later, the man noticed his hands were empty. He couldn't remember the moment he let go. He only knew he had.

Letting go isn't one moment. It's a practice. Some days you'll grab on again, and that's okay.

💬 What's one thing you're ready to loosen your grip on? Drop it below.

🔁 Send this to a mate who's been carrying something heavy.

📌 Save it for the days it's hard.

It gets heavier once you become self@aware.

Not for the people around you. For you.

They don't see it. From the outside, nothing's changed. But inside, you're catching every reaction, questioning every habit, noticing every time you fall short of the man you're trying to be.

That's a lonely kind of weight. You can't hand it to anyone else, because it's yours to carry.

But carrying it alone and carrying it in isolation aren't the same thing.

Find the men who get it. Sit in a circle where you don't have to explain the weight. You just share it.

The load is still yours. It just stops feeling so heavy. 🔁

Every hard thing starts with an argument nobody else hears.

The alarm goes off and a voice says tomorrow.
You plan to start and it says Monday.

A mate's been quiet for weeks and it says I'll text him later.

That voice isn't lazy. It's trying to keep you comfortable. But comfort that never gets challenged slowly turns into stuck.

I still have this argument most days before anything I do that is hard. I don't always win it. What's changed is I've stopped waiting to feel ready.

Every man who walks into a Kaizen Path session has already had this argument with himself, and he came anyway. That's usually the hardest part.

On Sunday 13th December at 7am, I'm teaming up with @victoria_ann_coach for ENSO: 9D Breathwork, a morning of letting go. Let go of the voice, the weight you've been carrying, and the version of you that keeps saying tomorrow.

If you've been having the argument, message me if you're interested.

The end is always a new beginning. Still learning.

I know a man who gets up at 6am every day to go to work and make money.

But he won't get up on a Sunday morning to train in the park.
He's built a habit for his wallet. Not one for his health.

We make time for work, for money, for family, for everyone else. But when it comes to ourselves, to move, to breathe, to look after our body and mind, suddenly there's no time.
It was never about time. It's a decision.

Your day is 96 blocks of 15 minutes. Give one back to yourself.

That's Kaizen. One small step, every day. 🤍 by @nick.stamatis

Two families. Two journeys. One me.

Dad's side, from Epirus: Grandad fought in the Korean War and came home missing an eye. He was a concretor who never complained. Grandmother was hard as nails, but soft where it counted. She baked the best bread, held us all together, and chased me across her leather lounge. If she caught me, it was a smack or hugs and kisses. Always love. They left Epirus for a better life, and because of them, we're here.

Mum's side, Greek Egyptian, from Alexandria: My grandfather could play almost any instrument and speak several languages. That's him on the piano. My grandmother married young and raised six children. Together they crossed the world and started again.

They raised the people who raised us. How we love, how we fight, and whether we speak up or go quiet all started long before we could choose. Knowing their story is how I understand my own. It's also how I choose what to keep, what to heal, and what to pass on.

$Most of the work happens where no one's watching. The early sprints. The breath. The empty field. Ten weeks ago I fractured three transverse processes in my spine and a few lower ribs. The first month felt like hell. But even then, the work didn't stop. It just changed shape. Breathing. Reading. Sitting with it. Here's the thing, though. Work done alone stays inert. It needs contact. Every real meeting is a reaction, and both people walk away changed. You don't change the men around you by preaching. You change the chemistry by showing up whole, and letting them change you too. That's the work. That's Kaizen Path. 🐍 #KaizenPath #MensWellbeing #ShowUpWhole #Brotherhood #Legacy by @nick.stamatis$

Today's Sunday Session was simple. A circle. A number. A run.

Each lad called out a number to the man next to him. That call was the signal: you're up. No call, no go. If you didn't speak up, the circle stalled.

That's communication. Clear, said out loud, and handed to someone who's counting on it.

A lot of us went quiet because we thought we should handle things alone. But a circle only works when everyone speaks, listens and trusts the man beside him. Say it. Pass it on.

Some things we carry so long we forget they're heavy.

The year's stress. Old hurts. The pressure to have it all together. The words we never said.

On 13 December, we're teaming up with @victoria_ann_coach for a 9D Breathwork session on letting go.

9D Breathwork is a guided breathing journey with layered, immersive sound through headphones. You lie down, breathe and let the session take you somewhere you can't think your way to.

No experience needed, and you don't have to explain anything to anyone. Just turn up, breathe and put down what you no longer need to carry before the new year.

What would you let go of if you could? 👇

13 December
📍Baulkham Hills Community Hall.
7:00-9:30sm
Spots are limited.

For years I thought travel was about collecting places. Looking back, every trip was really a question about who I was, what mattered, and where I belonged.
From the bone chapel in Kutná Hora to a sunrise on Mount Sinai, from a monkey on my back in the Peruvian jungle to carrying my daughter through Kyoto, the road kept teaching me the same thing: we all carry something, and what we leave behind matters more than what we collect.
And then, on a white rock in Milos with my family beside me, I realised every road had been leading home.
You don't need to cross the world to go on that journey. The real one happens in ordinary moments, when you choose to slow down, face something hard, reconnect with your roots, or show up for the people you carry.
Save this for a quiet moment and sit with the questions on slide 18. 🌍
What's one place or moment that changed you? Tell me below. 👇

On 6 November, I'm taking a small group of men away to explore legacy together with Kaizen Path. Keep an eye out for that post.
