Meet Jamie Speight, Head Coach at Evolve With Us Retreat 🥊

With years of experience in boxing, Jamie brings his knowledge, discipline and passion for the sport to our retreat in Koh Samui.

But before he steps into the gym with our members, he has business of his own to take care of.

January 9th, Jamie steps into the ring for his next fight. The countdown is on, and we’ll be backing him all the way.

This retreat has grown from years of learning, changing and building a life around health, training and personal growth.

We wanted to create a place that brings all of that together: training, recovery, good food and genuine connection.

A place where people can step away from everyday life, focus on themselves and be surrounded by people who are doing the same.

Now we’re bringing that vision to life in Koh Samui.

This is the beginning of something we’ve wanted to create for a long time.

We can’t wait to share this space with you!

Over the last 6 years I’ve shared my recovery, my failures, and a lot of the struggles and lessons that I learned while rebuilding my life again.

Because back then there weren’t any other addiction or life coaches, (none that I knew of anyway).

And I worked out that through being open and honest about my journey, I could create a career through connecting to the people who I was able to help.

But social media has changed so much since then.

Today I’ve noticed that everyone is saying the same things, following the same trends. You can literally see 100 versions of the same reel in 1 day.

I also used to take so much pride in writing my own captions to articulate the things I’ve learnt and the work that I do.

But now chat GPT can now make anyone sound like philosopher which takes the value away from all the things that I’ve had to learn from digging myself out of rock bottoms more time than I can remember 🤪.

Im not hating on anyone.

I’ve still got friends that I love and support who are putting out positivity and are having a crack at this social media gig.

Although social media has been very good to me over the years, I just feel like I’m at different stage of my life/journey now.

I just don’t feel the need to post regularly or want to expose so much of myself in order to compete with an AI assisted market or to try and hack an algorithm anymore.

I feel that now as we are about to open up our own wellness retreat in Thailand on the 3rd of January, I’ll get to give people the REAL human/spiritual experience of what happens when community and connection mets growth and evolution.

And no amount of AI generated post can replicate that kind of real life experiences put into practice.

Im not trying to sound superior or more enlightened, Im not even trying to compete.

I hope everyone whos working to help others wins. But I just know what we are offering will speak for itself.

I’ll still be on here a bit, promoting a lifestyle/business, but now that my businesses have changed so will the content that I put out.

Very grateful for all of my past experiences but very excited for everything coming.
