Combat sports in NSW and Victoria need to stop blacklisting people with a record from fighting.

For a lot of people coming out of the system, boxing and combat sports aren’t just hobbies—they’re the ultimate outlet. It’s where you channel energy, build discipline, and step away from the life.

When you step into the ring, it’s a completely neutral ground. It humbles the bullies, builds confidence in the kids who feel insecure, and brings people from completely different walks of life to the exact same level.

Closing the door on combat sports for people trying to turn their life around takes away one of the few places that actually keeps them grounded and out of trouble. It’s time to look at the real value it brings to breaking the cycle.

How we got here…

This retreat has grown from years of learning, changing and building a life around health, training and personal growth.

We wanted to create a place that brings all of that together: training, recovery, good food and genuine connection.

A place where people can step away from everyday life, focus on themselves and be surrounded by people who are doing the same.

Now we’re bringing that vision to life in Koh Samui.

This is the beginning of something we’ve wanted to create for a long time.

We can’t wait to share this space with you!
