Following training Joe to a top 5 age group finish at the Scranton 5k this April, he shifted his goal towards stepping on the platform for the first time and he showed up. All time PRs across the board and a 9/9 performance adding 30kg to his training total on the platform.

Great work Joe!

first meet in over a year off from the platform. things over this past year haven’t gone according to anyone’s plan, but still we overcome. felt comfortable out there with every attempt today because i knew i had rc in my corner. this off season we made massive strides and gym prs that didn’t make it to the platform after a short and difficult prep, but still, we overcome. extremely grateful to be able to train this sport and to walk away with a total pr. meet video on yt soon. by @nickdenig
