For those that didn’t know, my mom passed away at the beginning of this year. She is the one that influenced me to become a leader, I hope I left her imprint on my people.

I learned a lot this year; First of all that none of this truly matters without the right people to share it with. It’s your relationships that inspire you, that fill you with joy and purpose. Remember that.

There was one quote that held with me all year “Do the best you can with what you’ve got.” Countless hard moments pushed through just repeating that.

I’ve seen lives change and grow in the last 11 months of building this season (it really isn’t just a summer job) and I am so so excited for what’s next. I have a new power in the knowledge that none of this really matters as long as you’ve got good people by your side and I am excited to continue to conquer this pest control world as well as embark on new endeavors 🌎 taken in Tacoma, Washington by @nickespalin

Could not be more thankful for this girl. I have never felt more loved and supported while chasing a goal. Dream partner through and through 🫶🏼

1.8 Million dollars of rev in this photo and the most experienced rep is me on year 3 💀

The growth on these two reps in particular was the most rewarding thing to see. They both filled up their plates and ate every fucking bite.

Couple rockets 🚀

You don’t believe your reps will succeed.

You know how hard it was to get the success you’ve earned.

Countless hours spent. Blood sweat and tears shed, and after all that you don’t want people that you care about to go through the same thing and not succeed.

It’s understandable. It’s also not a you problem, it’s an environment problem. See you have the ability to lead you just don’t have the systems and the success around you to confidently duplicate.

Instead of taking the gamble on your friend’s lives why not just put them in a situation where success is average?

I’ve had reps lead teams, break company records, and change lives all because they are surrounded by the right group. Don’t waste another year somewhere that limits your mindset. DM me “Lead” to get my blueprint for high rpr teams and leadership.

From 2 reps to a 2.5 Million dollar team.. safe to say I’ve learned a thing or two this last year.

This industry is known for the term “golden handcuffs” Starting fresh year after year chasing the same temporary success.

I’m on a mission to change that. Long term, duplicatable success in an industry known for the opposite.

DM me the word “Blueprint” to see exactly how I’ve done that.
