Came home from Aptive Welcome Back with a lot on my mind.
Loved getting time with familiar faces and people I wish I’d spent more time with sooner.
I love that I can have this much fun with these people and come home feeling so inspired. So many conversations stuck with me. You leave a weekend like this excited to see what’s next for everyone, yourself included.
Had a blast this week, but I’m taking home more than pictures. A few things clicked for me, and I’ve got work to do.
Big summer loading. 🤍

Let me start off by saying the last year and a half has been the most life-changing experience going from the guy you’d be expecting to ask for a cigarette at a gas station to a person with the most strongest individual goals. I can’t be more grateful that God intervened in my life when he did, better yet, being the most important giving a mindset of a full year of sobriety that I never really thought would come and obviously that doesn’t plan on changing, I can’t wait to what 2027 brings and the new doors that will open with the people I’m grateful for such as @aptivesales @atlasxgroup my family and wonderful girlfriend @eva_lytton.01. Any goal or challenge I take this year I will take with positivity and make happen! Summer 2 ✅

Anyone around me this summer will tell you I called my shots. I truly believed that I would do this before I left for the doors this summer. I’m proud of myself for never giving up. Testing my mental over and over again. I’m also grateful @alextorrent06 gave me the opportunity to find out what I could do.

“There’s no talent here, this is hard work. This is an obsession. Talent does not exist, we are all equals as human beings. You could be anyone if you put in the time. You will reach the top, and that’s that. I am not talented, I am obsessed.” — Conor McGregor

From back-to-back state championships to tying a college pole vault record, I’ve always expected a lot from myself. This summer tested whether I could keep that same standard through hours of rejection, bad weeks, and days when my confidence was gone.

Some days I produced. Some days I had to take the loss, learn from it, and come back the next morning.

Thank you to everyone who gave me a place to stay, a chance to compete, or the coaching I needed. There are people behind these accomplishments who deserve credit, and I haven’t forgotten them.

I’m coming home proud of what I earned and hungry to get better.

Good day or bad day, you could count on me being out there.
