Transformation isn’t necessarily a big, dramatic change into something entirely different. It feels more like a reawakening - a realization of what, or who, you’ve always been. 4 months. Over 50 pounds lost. 1 guy, just trying to make sense of it all.

The last four months have been intense and difficult and incredibly fulfilling. I decided to take a leap towards getting my health back under control and so far, things have been going incredibly well! I don’t really have a final number in mind or a pants size I’m aiming for. I just want to feel good in this big beautiful body and make sure I set myself up for long, happy and healthy life.
