What a weekend! Our first convention was a great success! We were welcomed into the Far Western District community with open arms, we got the chance to perform in the quartet finals, and came away with the 2026 Southwest Division Novice Quartet Champions! Thank you to the Fox Performing Arts Center and @farwesterndistrict for keeping Riverside singing this weekend!

Allow us to introduce ourselves! We are High Point, a barbershop quartet based in Los Angeles! Our name comes from our initials. No single word has all a Z, Q, J or N, but all those letters are high point tiles in Scrabble. And there you have it: High Point! We will be on here posting news, updates, a tune here and there so follow along with us on this exciting journey of music and tradition! 💈🎶 #barbershop #barbershopquartet #losangeles #BHS

BRAWL STARS @ SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON

To say that I’m grateful to have found myself in @secret_cinema’s world is an understatement. Directing their American immersive experiences over the last few years has truly become one of my favorite jobs. I get to be around so many incredibly hard-working, talented & committed artists who constantly inspire me. WHAT A DREAM

Huge thank you to @secret_cinema
Performance Director @allennatalie
Creative Director @deanrodge
Producer @flobourne
I think we make quite a smashing team. Thank you for laying such a solid foundation—built on color-coded spreadsheets and beautiful creative vision—and trusting me to help keep this show afloat (literally)
@nolli_12 @nicopingmechanism - the most thoughtful stage management team. I’m shockingly leaving that barge without a sunburn.
@hunterwaynefoster @jana.krumholtz - the most multifaceted show callers. Y’all ran a tight ship, you dance, you create, you perform, you were ready to swing in at any moment — you can literally do it all.

And to the incredible cast:
@evanjamesh
@ashlei.victoria
@dylanj8mes
@emilymcalindin
@melissajulietlawson
@maddielacambra
@nickiemorg
@katnappp_
@the_monster_ash

Y’all don’t even know how lucky I am to call you friends! Thank you for your energy, endurance, and impeccable “yes and” skillset. You made this experience what it was!!

**slide 6 captured by the incredibleeee @owenscarlettphoto. More of his magical work to come.

Until the next one🤩
