As we settle into September, I felt it was the perfect time to host the second iteration of SCENT SESSIONS - a free event offering conversations around the craft of perfume and memories created by fragrance. Bring your perfume samples, decants, full bottles - whatever your scented heart desires!

I was so overwhelmed with love and support after the first session and I’m so excited to smell with all of you again <3 😁😁😁

OBSESSION by Calvin Klein, 1985. 🕯️

I knew exactly what I was getting into when I picked this bottle up from Duty Free, but what I didn’t expect was to fall head first into a love affair with Jean Guichard’s composition.

Dangling Italian citruses thrown into a pot of boiling water alongside the blend of spices made famous with CK Obsession. Witchy amber brew for the teenage soul.

A slow burn of quiet florals and cedar brings forward that iconic amber and vanilla moment. A teacher leaning in, a faint trail of their scent left in their wake. It’s so familiar, so freaky, and one that will stand the test of time.

I wrote about six fragrances I wore this week - some smell like a female pirate, others remind me of the locker room if we chain smoked after gym class. Eek. 😱 👃 🚬

Short and sweet words on turning another year older, setting intention, and two frags I’ve been gushing over. Proud AF of myself for isolating iris and leather between them this week 🔮 🕯️

I wrote about smelling Molecule 01 for the first time, reeking of Le Labo at Whole Foods, road trips with my best friends, and described a few of my favorite frags from SCENT SESSIONS.
