𝐌𝐈𝐃𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐒𝐍𝐀𝐂𝐊

What happens in the pantry, stays in the pantry.

For our first Kips Bay Decorator Show House, we created Midnight Snack—a kitchen and pantry where natural stone, richly textured wood, handcrafted details, and bespoke millwork come together in a bold, sophisticated composition.

Beyond the kitchen, the pantry reveals a more playful side: a hidden world of color, pattern, and personality designed for late-night bites, cocktails, and everything in between.

A very special project of ours that made its way around the world.

Featured in Architectural Digest Mexico, AD Italia, AD Poland, ELLE Decoration Ukraine, Business of Home, Identity Magazine, and Tatler Homes, this private estate is a study in quiet luxury with a bold point of view.

Set on a private peninsula surrounded by nature and water, the 30,000-square-foot residence was designed down to the smallest detail. Every piece of furniture and architectural element began as a hand drawing, then came to life through collaborations with artisans and trades around the world.

Rare Italian marble. Custom ombré metal doors. Colored glass, leather, lacquer, wood, and plaster. Bespoke furnishings from Seoul. Wool and silk rugs. A curated art collection spanning rare KAWS works, historic hip-hop photography, and New York artists.

A home deeply personal to our client and one we’re proud to see recognized across the pages of international design publications.

A view towards a powder room in a favorite guest house we designed in NW DC in collaboration with Crosby Designs and built by Zantzinger. Hand painted murals on the living room walls by Bob Christian, along with a jib door, help conceal the powder room entry.

With its coastal backdrop, Big Sur balances a measured external presence with expansive outlooks, allowing a sequence of sheltered outdoor spaces to emerge between architecture and landscape. Internally, a richly articulated material palette creates layered, characterful interiors that extend seamlessly into the revitalizing ocean views.

Rooted in its rugged coastal setting, Big Sur’s design embraces a fluid threshold between architecture and nature, where native planting and curated vistas dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape.
