I had the INCREDIBLE opportunity to be drumming in the @therollingstones latest music video for In The Stars!!!! 🤩👅

I met sooo many amazing people and had an absolute blast 💥 special thanks to @sinnerbilly for leading us drummers into battle, @kharmelcochranecasting for the opportunity, @riffrafffilms / @francois_rousselet for doing such an incredible job, Steve Jordan @jayveerecords for writing such a great drum part (RIP Charlie Watts @thisischarliewatts ) as well as @abc_camelo and @yolandalynes for sending me the casting /all the advice 🙏🫶(I was filming the audition tapes literally all night through to the deadline at 8am, think it was worth it 😝)

Too many people to tag but a final thanks to the crew and everyone I had the pleasure of meeting/chatting to (you know who you are) you all smashed it!!🤘 (BTS photos/videos from @emmajaynelipop and @t.lipop 📹 - thanks for making us all look amazing!! ⭐️)

Island, the first single from our upcoming third EP is officially OUT NOW!!
We can’t put into words how excited we are to finally be sharing this monster of a track with you and hope it soundtracks many a good fricken time ay?
Now do us a favour, learn the lyrics, warm up those lungs, and come scream them back at us tonight at @dingwallscamden 🔥
Let’s have it.

Making this track wouldn’t have been possible without the guidance of Nick Tauber on production, the crazy studio engineering and mixing skills of the wonderful @darrenjonesmusic , the mastering prowess of @felixldd and the good people of @milocostudios for letting us use their space and their toys!
Thank you guys 🫶

I had the pleasure of playing for @julius.eastwood at his Live Lounge for @warchilduk which comes out this Thursday! The donation link is in my bio and any donation, no matter how small can help make a positive impact for this important charity and is greatly appreciated ❤️

Recently War Child have carried out work supporting children in Ukraine, Sudan, Gaza and the West Bank - providing Emergency Aid, mental health and trauma care, creating safe spaces and temporary education, strengthening child protection networks, working with local partners to rebuild essential services and advocating for humanitarian access.

They support not only children but also their families, helping entire communities heal, rebuild, and create safer futures together. Big thanks to @hotvoxmusic for organising such an important initiative.

The Live Lounge airs this Thursday 29th at 19:30, the donation link is live now and there are also some fun Julius Eastwood rewards & merch available too! Thank you @julius.eastwood for having me and the legend that is @yolandalynes on keys 🤘🙏 by @nickmarett

World Needs Changing is out in the world and yours to stream!!!
This is an extremely personal one for us and one that I’m sure at least a few of you will relate to on some level regardless of who you are, where you’re at and what you’re life currently looks like 🫶
To simply say that we’re proud of this track would be a massive understatement and we couldn’t have gotten it sounding anywhere near as good as it does without the help of our old friend/production god/part time servant (sorry man 😅) @eastern_nomad ❤️
Also huge thanks to @bylukethacker for once again delivering with the artwork! You’re great man 🤟
Now get out there kids and give it a stream, share it with your friends, ask them to share it with their grandparents and so on and so on and maybe all together we can get those mighty algorithmic overlords playing on our side!
The support means the world guys ❤️
Thank you!

Shoot/promo day for band with @thatguyjameshall and a cheeky double exposure of my guitar 😘

Going back here took me and James through a huge throwback to when we all used to live in Hendon, it (the house and happenings of that period of time) was a miserable existence and the house was not fit to live in but we had a couple parties and a few memories (thank you to our friends who helped us through).. 2 years later we are back to shoot some cover art at another run down building at the park nearby (my dad joked our old house would've looked bad enough for what we were going for haha)

Also realising if you're not posting on tiktok consistently everyday then you're missing a trick has been strange to realise. Warning: if you follow the band, then you are about to hear the same part of our next single multiple times a day for just over a month haha but I'm curious to see if that will help.

Shout out to my Hendon Housemates @charlie_hepburn_ @acrylicv @thatguyjameshall @niamhsews, at the time soon to be housemate @dominika99xx and my amazing girlfriend who I had just started dating @abc_camelo (any my family who came to visit) for help making the highs and who got me through the lows, it was truly a wild time of our lives.

I don't know why I felt such an urge to make this post but if you read this, thank you ❤️ taken in Hendon by @nickmarett
