Thrilled to announce my new tape/Bandcamp release, Moon Pulses, on @islandhouserecs. This time around, I’m doing my best to conjure The Edge hanging with Daniel Lanois during the Neil Young Le Noise sessions. @deadshrine_ delivered the production vibes. Pre-order is up now at nickmillevoi.bandcamp.com, release date April 5. by @nickmillevoi

I’m *pretty psyched* to announce my new role as editor of the Fretboard Journal. As any guitarist or guitar enthusiast knows, it’s not an exaggeration to call the Fretboard Journal the most esteemed and artistic publication dedicated to our instrument to ever exist. Over 60 issues, its pages have detailed the deepest stories of the artists, luthiers, and instruments (and more!) that collectively make up our guitar universe—and done so with the greatest attention to visual and written detail.

I’m excited to see what stories we get to tell next, and if you have something you’d like to share, you can drop me a line at nick@fretboardjournal.com by @nickmillevoi

#westphillyporchfest !!! Yesterday was an incredible day, and I’m forever thankful for my YAM family, my artist and musician pals, and everyone who jumped in and rode the high vibes of #joyfull #weird #resist
I’m simply floored by the love, pretzel energy, and generosity that filled the Yamatorium. Together, we continue our noble mission to be forever frivolous, to slurp the noodle of life, to YAM what you YAM, It was an honor to share this beautiful day with all of you. My heart is full of gratitude!!! YAM ON!!!! 🍠💡
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you #westphilly by @nickmillevoi

Happy birthday, @bill.frisell! We recently spoke about the Telecaster, dreams, and Bill shared my new favorite Ornette Coleman story for the May print issue of @premierguitar, but you can go right to the PG homepage (premierguitar.com) and read it now. by @nickmillevoi

@deathbirdearth's two collaboration LPs of improvisational, heavy space/psych/noise rock with @nickmillevoi and @planetyphilly are out now and available on limited vinyl and cassette on @srarecords!

For you intrepid travelers embarking on this expedition, your captain @jjkoczan has this to say:

"Here’s what to know before you go. Keep your mind active and open. Take bliss as it comes because it won’t always be there. Know that even if there isn’t intended direction, procession happens from one place to another in each piece, so don’t be surprised if and when you end up someplace other than where you started. All of this applies to life in general as much as listening to weirdo experimental psych"

Check out the streaming premiere over at The Obelisk and grab yourself some wax and tape at srarecords.com
