Made a new dawg in Dallas. 🐶

One thing I’ve learned is that not everyone stays in your life forever and that’s okay.

Some people are here for a season, some for a lesson, and every once in a while you meet a new dawg who makes life a little better.

Life moves fast. People come and go. But the friendships, conversations, and random moments you never saw coming are usually the ones that stick with you.

Dallas is a lot of things, but the people you meet along the way might be the most underrated part.

Meals done for all my clients this week. Started from scratch, stayed disciplined, and finished strong. Belief carried me through the long hours, and consistency did the rest. Grateful for the work, proud of the progress, and excited for what the future holds. This is only the beginning. 🤞🏾

😍 BEAUTY OF THE WEEK 😍

STOP looking.

Are you looking for one of these?

You just found it.

4,200 sq ft. Primary bedroom downstairs. 3-car garage.

It’s exactly what happens when you stop settling for “good enough” and finally get the forever home your family actually deserves.

Here’s what nobody tells you: most people buy a home, then spend years wishing they had more space, better layout, ONE more bedroom.

Not here.

Start with 4 beds, 3 baths, then ADD what you need—5th bedroom for the growing family, children’s retreat, wet bar for hosting, second pantry because life gets messy.

Customize the exterior with stone, black windows, metal roofing.

Make everyone who drives by jealous.

Primary on the first floor = no stairs after leg day (you’re welcome).

Open living space = actually enjoying the home you’re paying for.

Room to grow = never moving again.

Your kids get their own rooms. You get your sanity back.
Everyone wins.

💾 Save this NOW and send it to the person you’re house hunting with they need to see this

📅 Comment “TOUR” to see it before someone else signs

👀 This is a look at me at my lowest. Reflecting back on my life, I will never be this person again.

📍 I lived in the wrong neighborhood, was not taking care of myself, had no hobbies, and even less of a social life.

⏰️ Fast forward to today, living in Downtown Dallas has changed me for the better. My life is better than I could have ever imagined.

📅 We are halfway through the year. Please don't wait for your next New Years resolution to get started.

💪 Never quit. If you don't believe in yourself, nobody else will.

☀️ Eclipse Week!

💼 Can't be all work & no play all the time!

😎 Dallas had a great vibe this week, really looking forward to the next few weeks!

🐴 Horse carriages, outdoor markets and a giant eyeball. Dallas has more character and things to do than people give it credit for! 👀

🌃 Views & food were on point this week. The Dallas Food Festival did not disappoint! Check out @themexicanfoodtruck
Easily some of the best you can find in Dallas! 🌯

👀 Quick glimpse of THE HOTTEST luxury apartment in Downtown Dallas. I do not say this much, but the amenities here are worth it & more. One of the best values you will find.

🚗 Moving to Dallas changed my
life. Here's a glimpse of what I'm up to lately. 👀

💪 Finally getting my health right. 👇 50 pounds! Working on getting to the next level now.

🎙️ Shout-out @tls_performance_
With food this good, it's really not that hard. Let's get to work 🔥

📸 Completely diving into photography/videography now. None of this was shot on camera but I have some shoots coming soon ⌚.

👔 Love my new career! I meet great people everyday and genuinely want to help change people's lives. Moving was the best decision I ever made.

🏠 I want my clients to have that same excitement when we find the perfect community & apartment for them.

🔍 Changing your life is not a walk in the park, but I hope this post can at least motivate one of you to start considering making little changes, as well as taking some risks!

🔊 One more shout-out to @nafariiix

I think most of us take for granted the real life connections and network we build. Helped me start this year off right and has been a huge part of my growth!
