We just dropped a free Publishing Royalty Calculator so you can see an estimate of what songs earn across Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube.

Just plug in a stream count and writer's share — and watch the numbers break down in real time.

It’s easy to overlook songs that earn modest amounts individually — but 100 songs making just $50 each per quarter = $5,000 every quarter. That’s $20,000 a year.
👉 This is why we track every single song for our clients. No money left on the table.

Here’s a look at the full process — from song creation to global collection.

At Admin MP, we do more than register songs.
We verify metadata, resolve conflicts, and chase down every dollar — worldwide.
Because when the system fails, we don’t. 💼🎶

Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when a song gets placed in a film, TV show, commercial, or video game?

This is the music licensing process — step-by-step.

From identifying the perfect song for a scene…
➡️ to locating and clearing all the rights holders…
➡️ to negotiating terms, signing contracts, and filing cue sheets…
➡️ to making sure royalties get paid out long after the deal is done.

✅ Master rights? That’s the recording — typically owned by the label or artist.
✅ Publishing rights? That’s the composition — controlled by the publisher(s).

Every use of music you hear on screen required coordination between creative and business teams, approvals from multiple parties, and follow-through to ensure writers, artists, and rights holders are compensated.

We know that every detail counts — because missing one step can mean missing a great opportunity!

@realcoleworld set the booth on fire! For his recent Birthday Blizzard tape, Cole sampled the classic "Who Shot Ya" instrumental, produced by the one and only Nashiem Myrick.
