POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My second Strongman competition — and it went really well! 💪

I improved my strength across every single training, and I’m proud of the progress I’ve made since my first competition.

Most importantly, thank God, I finished healthy and injury-free. 🙏

Another competition, another lesson, another step forward.
Back to work. Stronger than before. 🔥

This is my new account, guys! 🤍

While I’m waiting to hopefully retrieve my old account, let me give you a little throwback… 🥹🔥

2019 — the year I earned my IFBB Pro League Pro Card at @shawnrhodenclassic. 🏆💪

A dream I had worked so hard for… and it finally came true.

Dreams really do come true. ✨ @rudeboy_pro212 coached

FIRST COMPETITION DONE! 🏆🔥

So proud of my client @javiimendeez for making it through his first prep and stepping on stage performing like he’s done this many times before! 👏

We brought our best in proportion, shape, conditioning, and posing all looking on point for his first show.

This is just the beginning. The experience is gained, the foundation is there, and now we know exactly what we need to work on.

Next time: heavier, bigger, and better.

Back to work. More muscle to build, more improvements to make, and new goals to chase.

Proud of you, This is only chapter one! taken in Bulgaria by @nicolasifbbpro19

Liam and I took part in the “Take a Step Forward, Dad” challenge 🤍

A powerful reminder that not everyone starts from the same place in life. Each step forward represents the privileges, opportunities, support, and experiences we’ve had or haven’t had along the way.

Some steps are easy, others are harder, and some people are left standing further behind through no fault of their own.

It’s a beautiful way to open up conversations about equality, empathy, kindness, and understanding. To teach our children that we all have different stories, different struggles, and different opportunities — and that we should never judge someone without understanding their journey.

I want Liam to grow up knowing that being a good person isn’t just about moving forward himself, but about noticing who is beside him, who has been left behind, and how he can help.

Because sometimes the most important step forward is learning to see the world through someone else’s eyes.

Back workout today. Feels so good to get a proper pump 💪

No strongman workout today, but tomorrow we’ll have some heavy presses.

This month will be the last season for some of my strongman events, so I’ll try to compete 1–2 more times before shifting my focus.

Then it’s time to grow this winter and get that bodybuilding pump back while preparing for next year’s strongman events. Time to get bigger, stronger, and ready for what’s next.

📲 DM me “COACHING” today to get started.

Your future self will thank you.

Today’s recovery training ended up being a PR. 🦾

Lower body day with a little strongman training and I’m grateful to see the progress.

Since last Thursday, I’ve been sick with a flu virus mixed with my asthma and allergies. Thank God I’m recovering faster than expected. 🙏

My doctor knows exactly what I’m dealing with, so I’m expecting a 100% breathing lungs 😆 and perform in my best condition.

Recovery is part of the process.
Now it’s time to keep improving. taken in Samokov by @nicolasifbbpro19
