45 second clip was a challenge but here we go!🎢
From the diagnoses to the chemo acne, all the surgeries and everything in between~I chose to see the light within it all.

This past weekend we celebrated being DONE with infusions, shots and surgeries which the exception of 1 more procedure coming up in a few weeks. This celebration was something I had as a goal since the very beginning in Oct 23’.

It’s a beautiful thing to see so many friends & family rise up around you during the difficult times. From down the block to back home and everywhere else; we have felt your love and support and truly appreciate it. I still have an AI I need to take for years to come and routine tests to monitor everything but I will continue to celebrate all of the WINS.🎗️🌷XO💋 taken in Queen Creek, Arizona by @nicoledavidsz

“𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒 𝒷𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓉 𝒸𝒶𝓃𝒸𝑒𝓇”

Something I have dreaded hearing since losing my mom to breast cancer when I was 16 and she was just 44.

I took the precautions~
Yearly mammograms since my 30’s, a handful of ultra sounds for having dense tissue and went all in on my health & wellness a few years after my youngest was born.

𝐵𝓊𝓉…..𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝓌𝑒 𝒶𝓇𝑒.

Officially diagnosed with IDC Breast Cancer and going into day 1 of chemo treatment today.
The great news is it is a very treatable cancer, 𝒽𝑜𝓌𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇, this disease can come out of nowhere and attack anyone so please~ make sure you are not only on top of those yearly mammograms but also fight for additional tests, like ultrasounds among others, in case you have dense tissue like me.

𝒯𝒽𝒶𝓃𝓀 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓈𝑜 𝓂𝓊𝒸𝒽, 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒷𝑜𝓉𝓉𝑜𝓂 𝑜𝒻 𝓂𝓎 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓉, 𝓉𝑜 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓎 𝓈𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓁𝑒 𝓅𝑒𝓇𝓈𝑜𝓃 𝓌𝒽𝑜 𝒽𝒶𝓈 𝓇𝑒𝒶𝒸𝒽𝑒𝒹 𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝓉𝑜 𝓈𝒽𝑜𝓌 𝓁𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓈𝓊𝓅𝓅𝑜𝓇𝓉.

If I am not able to get back to you within a few days, please know that I am taking this time to allow my body to rest and heal so I can take on round 2 in three weeks!

Taking a moment to reflect:

It’s an anniversary I wish I didn’t have, but also one that brings me so much gratitude for how far my family and I have come.

Three years ago, when my doctor told me the diagnosis, it felt like my entire world crumbled around me. But through chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgeries, procedures and everything in between, we slowly built our life back up.

I’ve slowed down, learned to be more present, and appreciate the little things so much more. I’m also so thankful for the people who showed up, supported us, and carried us through the hardest days.

A couple of months ago, the girls and I were gifted an incredible experience through The Pink Agenda and Kendra Scott.
As a breast cancer survivor, it meant so much to share this special day with my daughters and husband, who have been my strength through the highs and lows of this journey.

Thank you @thepinkagenda , @kendrascott , and @kendrascottfoundation , for supporting not only breast cancer survivors but also the families who walk alongside us. We truly felt the love and forever grateful for this beautiful experience. 💗🎀 by @nicoledavidsz
