I had no idea how much weight I gained and never shed. A switch literally ignited inside of me when I saw pictures of myself and I've been keeping it consistent. I have definitely seen the fastest results when I lock in on my eating and get my steps in. Taking that 45 minutes for myself has been a game changer. When in the gym Mom is off Duty. 🥹I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to my husband, my family, and my friends for making my birthday so incredibly special. 💫This birthday truly reminded me to live every day to the fullest, because tomorrow is never promised.

I am so grateful for everyone who took the time to send well wishes. Whether it was a call, voicemail, text, DM, post, or message. Every single one meant more to me than you know, and I truly appreciate the love and thoughtfulness shown. ❤️A special thank you to my friends and family who were able to make it to the dinner, and to those who couldn’t be there but still had me in their thoughts. I felt the love from near and far. I hope to be able to see all of you sometime this year.

I feel beyond blessed to simply be here and to watch my children grow, experience new things, continue running my business, and step into so many new and amazing chapters unfolding in my life. 🫶🏽🥰

A huge shoutout to my amazing husband for coordinating the most beautiful surprise birthday dinner. I was completely taken back! From the lovely cake he baked to the thoughtful gifts, everything was done with so much love. I’m truly speechless.

I guess it really is true… I’m like fine wine, I just get better with age. 🥹🍷✨
