I had to pull this from the archive, but we have been motivating each other for six years and running. @space4changegr challenges me each year to do this with her. She is also one of my Lalalifestylers. Our goal with this challenge is to encourage a healthier community. With physical fitness, you can help your mental health. We thank everyone for joining us on this 2nd Annual March 31 days of Movement. Please use this hastag #marchmovementchallenge2023 and let's go team. I will list the people who accepted the challenge below. Last day to join in. You chose your 30 minutes of Movement.

Ready for another week of raw vegan meals!
I was sooo excited to find these not roasted, no salt, cashews. I was like a kid in a candy store 😂

We are BLACK LADIES!..... We build .... We don’t tear down other BLACK LADIES.... We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have have decided we will be deliberate about building others! If I didn’t tag you please don’t be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we LADIES find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let’s do something positive!!🌸Upload 1 picture of yourself...ONLY you. Then tag as many SISTERS to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. 💜💜COPY AND PASTE💜💜
If I tagged you, don’t disappoint me!!
